Dr. Herbert Benjamin
Are you going to see the world again, Henry?
asked Cousin Crispin.
I doubt it, said Henry. I dont think its
necessary any more. Besides, all I can think of is getting
back up on that shelf. Im all dried out.
Feel that breeze? said Crispin. Its going to rain.
If you wait a little, you can have a wonderful shower. Its
not very salty though, he added, as an after-thought.
Thanks, said Henry, but Ive had enough of the
wind, and I dont think plain water would help. Besides,
Im anxious to see the folks again. Ill tell them I saw
you.
They said goodbye, and Henry scrambled up to the
window sill and peered into Peters room.
